Total Parts Plus Compliance Management Module (CMM)
Integrated tools and services for complete environmental compliance
The Total Parts Plus Compliance Management Module (CMM) is a web-based tool that empowers OEMs to manage and continuously monitor component information for compliance to environmental regulations. TPP collected parts data and information is verified, normalized and put in the specific format that customers need in order to declare and manage compliance to global environmental legislations.
With CMM, users can classify non-compliant parts, access full IPC-175x material disclosure reports, identify parts containing conflict minerals, review supplier issued EICC/GeSI forms, view reported CFS compliant smelters by metal, evaluate RoHS and REACH supplier certificates, and determine non-compliant and at risk suppliers.
Generate RoHS, REACH, and Conflict Minerals reports
The CMM compliance report module helps users quickly and easily perform a BOM or product level roll up based on supplier reported and verified data. In addition, CMM generates RoHS and REACH certificates of compliance, conflict minerals EICC/GeSI based declarations, and roll-ups of IPC-175x material content disclosures.
Our research services actively monitor new regulations and update component data to ensure clients stay up to date with the latest environmental regulations so compliance reports are current and accurate. All collected supplier data is maintained in our database for customers to access for due diligence reporting and audit support. As with other TPP products, CMM can be configured to interface directly with clients existing PLM and compliance reporting systems such as Oracle-Agile, PG&C and other popular systems via XML API.
