Total Parts Plus’ Compliance Management Module (CMM) is a web-based tool which empowers OEM’s to store and produce completed environmental compliance reports to meet RoHS, REACH, JGPSSI (Japan Green Initiative), and any future format required by the OEM’s customers. The CMM tool offers access to the Total Parts Plus compliance document library which houses compliance documents and disclosures, such as Certificates of Compliance, full Material Disclosures, Tin-Whiskering reports and halogen-free statements on your parts. This enterprise solution allows users to load compliance that you may have already collected for easy access and storage. Plus, roll-up all compliance information to create a product compliance report!
Cross reference compliance document library
All BOMs imported to the CMM tool cross reference data existing in the TPP compliance database(s). Full material disclosures, halogen-free statements, tin-whisker reports, conflict mineral statements are available with the click of a button. Consolidate resources and reduce time spent on collecting data that you don’t have, not data you do.
Secure data storage and repository
Easily upload your own compliance documents and data already collected at the part level. Data is stored and flagging applied to be used for complete product compliance reports or downloads. Have proprietary parts? Keep this data secure by loading this data yourself but still meeting your compliance requirements.
Generate compliance reports and data export capabilities
Once your BOMs are loaded, multiple custom reports are available with just a click of the mouse. Create compliance reports such as IPC-175x, comparative reports for data currency or product roll-up reports for an entire BOM.
In addition, generate custom data exports for your PLM, ERP or other environmental compliance software systems, available in Excel™ and XML.
